We are excited to announce that Upsyde has submitted its registry to Verra’s Plastic Waste Reduction Program with the aim to tackle the planet’s plastic waste problem.
Upsyde has officially submitted its registry to Verra‘s Plastic Waste Reduction Program with the goal of making a substantial impact on the planet’s plastic problem.
Verra is a renowned organization with a strong reputation for verifying environmental and social impact projects, including carbon- and plastic credit programs.
Under the Plastic Waste Reduction Program, plastic credits are issued based on the amount of plastic waste Upsyde has recycled. This “plastic crediting mechanism” offers an efficient and potent way to fund initiatives that demonstrably reduce plastic pollution worldwide.
